TerraSave member Claire Redfield visited the island, and uncovered evidence of a B.O.W. presence in the form of a heavily mutated fish, which she proceeded to photograph and send over to Inéz Diaco. She later ended up being forced to use her combat knife to kill it after the fish ended up reviving.
