Lt. General David Grenshaw is a high ranking GDI officer who led the GDI delegation to Sarajevo, in order to negotiate a withdrawal of Nod forces from Europe. Due to Nod breaking down negotiations, General Grenshaw has decided to initiate offensive operations to force Brotherhood units out of European cities.
