Experienced forward Scott McGleish joined Rovers during the summer 2011 squad overhaul, which saw most existing players leave the club and fifteen new faces join. At 37 years old, McGleish was by far the oldest of the new signings, but that didn't stop him performing a somersault in celebration of scoring on his Rovers debut, a 3–2 victory over AFC Wimbledon screened live on Sky Sports.
