Carrie the Mail Carrier is the mail carrier in The Sims. She delivers the bills every three days. She can't be interacted with in any way, as she is an NPC. Carrie has dark skin and has long brown hair. She wears red lipstick and wears a typical blue post woman's outfit, as well as a blue hat. She whistles a tune every time she comes, similarly to Nancy the Paper Girl. It is possible they are relatives or close friends, but this is unknown.
