On January 3, 2002, the company announced that it was shut down and renamed CGI Entertainment the following month. Its first and only feature film, The Autism Problem, was co-produced by Glass Ball Productions and distributed by Universal Pictures. It met with favorable critical and commercial reaction, although it preformed poorly at the box office.
