"Master" Van Horne is the son of Melvin Van Horne and Barbara Van Horne. His half-brother is Josh. His first name is not known, but he is called "Master Van Horne" by his father, in keeping with British tradition. He is most likely very proud of his father, this since he dress up just like him and seem to like spending time with his dad.
