Bolarus and You was the most prominent news journal on the Federation Member State of Bolarus. In the late 2370s and early 2380s, its Palais de la Concorde correspondent was a Bolian male named Sovan; Sovan was a strong personality who often appeared as a pundit on news programs and who often came into conflict with Palais press liaison Kant Jorel. He was also a close friend of Seeker correspondent Ozla Graniv.
