Mecha Red Skull is the final boss in the 1991 arcade game, Captain America and the Avengers. After you fight a seemingly easy battle against Red Skull in his moon base, he rips off the clothes to reveal a giant cyborg. The real Red Skull shows up and tells the Avengers that they fell into another trap. After you defeat Mecha Red Skull, he malfunctions and falls on top of Red Skull, looking like he crushed him, but in the end it looks like Red Skull used an escape pod.
