It is also a joke song, like Dash Hopes and Dash Hopes II before it. In the beginning of the song a voice that sounds like a clown say, "Hey! What are you - trying to do?". In the end of the song, a voice no other than Microsoft Sam will says, "Don't you get it? Dash Hopes is a joke. Stop playing it.".
