Kevin Rasmussen was Adam Harmon's second in command during the War of the Resurrected Emperor. Unlike his commander, he was naïve and not confident with himself. Harmon made sure to praise him for his good ideas, which built his confidence. Rasmussen was alone trusted enough to be given command of the fleet at Zarnoth when Harmon went to the Emperor’s Pride to fight the Emperor. After Harmon’s death, he performed most brilliantly, and became the third Grand Admiral of the Second Galactic Empire. He survived the War of Imperial Rebirth, and after Emperor Harmon disappeared, he became the second Emperor of the Third Galactic Empire. He died in 125 ABY.
