Sayotsu Uzumaki kept on feeling sick frequently, he couldn't use his chakra properly, now his body was too strained already due to the fact Sayotsu had the knowledge of so many jutsu's and possessed too many abilities which his body could no longer endure,one of the village elders said to Sayotsu, "You are too strong my son! Your body can no longer endure so much strain if you do not get cured soon you will no longer be in a state to use your chakra and you will enter a vegetative state". Sayotsu was surprised he asked "What? Overpowered? And I can't be a shinobi any more if this continues? What should I do then?"
