If you happen to be tight on time (unlikely due to all of the gold before), then it is better to attempt the gold at the right first. When you land on the launchpad, you'll get launched to the entrance of the lowrise. Land just before the oneway platform, then drop through and flip the switch. Flip the other three switches, and be very careful of the two gauss turrets. The easiest way is to not hesitate while hitting the switches in left-right order: hit the first one, jump while running to get the second, jump again to hit the third and hit the bounceblock at the end, then jump off and grab the fourth.
