Ali used the sixth Piece of Eden to greatly enhance his boxing abilities, eventually becoming widely known as one of the best of all time. Abstergo Industries desired to claim Ali's Apple; they would briefly consider killing him, before deciding to contact him, telling him that he would be permitted to keep the Apple in exchange for his denouncement of friend, Malcolm X, the owner of the seventh Piece. Ali agreed to the deal and his career would temporally continue to flourish, though he would come to deeply regret his decision, especially following X's assassination at the hands of Templar agents.
