The Mt. Utrae Foothills are a small, hilly green area located where the Cloud Forest ends and Mt. Utrae begins. There are many bandits; who guard two treasure chests in a recess on a narrow cliff-ledge. The land of this area is elevated above the Utraean Peninsula's eastern coast; some beaches are visible at the bottom, and seagulls can be heard. After one loots the treasure chests, he/she will only go higher, eventually leading to the short, also-vertical cave that ends at the Mt. Utrae Alpine Reaches.
