Today, only two ships of this type exists - the Prekaara itself, pride and flagship of Kartanin Warfleet, and the Pan-Tau-Ra; stolen by Kadran during the Pan-Tau-Ra Crisis. Numerous heavy weapon emplacements and a complement of several hundred starfighters make it a deadly foe to all but the most powerful of enemies. Only recently upgraded with newest galactic and Kartanin technology, it usually spearheads all major military campaigns of the Dominion. Two additional ships of this class are currently under construction at the shipyards orbitting Norgantur and Kartan, both of them incorporating galactic technology from the beginning.
