Neptune is a grown up version of the series' main character, Neptune. Unlike the original Neptune, this version is a normal human. She comes from the Ultradimension, and traveled to the Zero Dimension She's a different person from the protagonist Neptune but her personality is the same. She travels to different dimensions while carrying "Nep's Note" in her hand.
