The Choice Deputy Leadership Election 3887 was held in March 3887 to elect the first deputy leader for the party. Up until 3887, Choice had no deputy leader and was run fully by party leader Tony Corbyn. However Corbyn in 3887 suffered from mild fatigue due to the pressures of running an entire political party single handedly, thus a deputy leadership election was held. Two candidates stood: Barry Farron and Julia Morrison, with the former winning. Only the 413 Choice party candidates (as the House of Parliament at the time was scheduled to increase from 338 to 413) were allowed to vote in this deputy leadership election and the winner would simply be the person with the most votes.
