'ENMTP (Enterprise Nationale des Materiels de Travaux Publics or National Company of Public Works Equipments), was founded in Constantine, Algeria in 1983. It builds wheel loaders under an agreement with CNH Global; Bulldozers, Excavators and Cranes in conjunction with Liebherr; building cranes with Poclain; and Compactors with Ingersoll-Rand.
