Youssef Zidan was an Iraqi national and an associate of Asad Al-Qutaji. Both men were later arrested by NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs and NCIS/Mossad liaison officer Ziva David. The two men were then taken into custody and presumably sent back to Iraq for good as it was discovered that they were involved in terrorism.
