Carlos was born in Xico, Mexico. His mother was an assassin who abandoned the cause after the Great Purge. Carlos discovered his assassin heritage, and an assassin cell in Mexico City found his talent of freerunning, as well as knowledge of weaponry and electronics. The Mexican assassins smuggled him into the United States, where he joined William Miles, and served as one of Miles' personal bodyguards at his bunker in Norway.
