Perranth is a city in Terrasen. It was formerly ruled by Cal and Marion Lochan, before they died in Adarlan's invasion. Cal's brother, Vernon Lochan pledged allegiane to the king and seized control of the city. Elide Lochan, his niece, is the rightful heir of Perranth.
