The Shellbug Chitin is a crafting materiel in The Elder Scrolls V: Dawnguard. It can be mined from a shellbug, and used to make a shellbug helmet. Unlike the common mudcrab chitin, it is not an alchemy ingredient. General goods merchants and blacksmiths will buy it.
