Pellomar (later P'llomar) was a weyr lad at Benden Weyr. He Impressed a green dragon from one of Ramoth's clutches. Felessan, who was watching the hatching, remarked to his friend Jaxom that Pellomar had been the "biggest bully in the Weyr" and that "dragons don't like bullies".
