Buffy is a "cute little beagle" who was found wimpering in the parking lot of Al's TV City, and brought onto "Swift Wits" for the UK Spot in episode 102 of Muppets Tonight. Playing for the dog's life is the elderly Agnes Stonewick. If she wins, Buffy gets a lifetime supply of Sniggles Live Dog Treats; if she loses, Buffy will be eaten by Big Mean Carl. Unfortunately for Buffy, Agnes' fixation on her brother Norm costs the dog its life. Buffy is the Pomeroy puppet. He had previously appeared as a generic dog played by Camille Bonora in the Dog City special.
