The Vibram-class shuttle was an offshoot of Chyornov Combat Systems' Acheron shuttle line, and was essentially a version of the ship modified to carry a few passengers in much greater comfort. Its weapons were better suited to defense than to attack, though the shuttle was hardly helpless. It was designed to accompany the Ygorin-class corvette, and was configured to meld into the hull of the larger ship, the curvature of its wings matching exactly the depressions in the corvette's hull.
