Aroz'lai is a Khajiit undercover spy of the Aldmeri Dominion, masquerading as an adventurer found in Wrothgar. He was a part of the caravan heading towards the city of Orsinium that was ambushed by the Winterborn. He can be first found at the ambushed caravan, nearby the Merchant's Gate.
