Walter Stanley Edgson (1893-18 February 1950) was an estate agent, developer and local politician in the Westminster area. Prior to the First world War Edgson had become an estate agent, working for a company based in the West End of London. He held a commission in the Middlesex Yeomanry, a unit of the Territorial Force, and served on the Western Front from 1915-18, reaching the rank of major in the Royal Field Artillery by the war's end in 1918. He died suddenly while on holiday in Jamaica. Reference here [1].
