The unnamed Lawyer represented David Platt at the custody hearing over Max Turner against Callum Logan. He outlined Max’s difficult start in foster care but the stability he had gained in his life since David welcomed him into his extended family and the boy now had a sister, grandmother and great-grandmother. He further outlined Max’s ADHD diagnosis and the fact that David was the one who held the family together at the time when the boy's mother Kylie Platt was starting to fall apart. He summed up that Max was now a happy little boy, doing well at school and that was all due to David.
