The Sky Ray Missile Defence Gunship is a vehicle used by the Tau; it is a variant of the Hammerhead Gunship. The Sky Ray carries 6 Seeker missiles and 2 networked Markerlights on it's main turret, it's secondary weapons can either be a pair of Burst cannons, Gun Drones or a Smart Missile system. The Sky Ray is often used in an anti-aircraft role, but is not limited to this and can also be used to counter light enemy armour. The Sky Rays missiles can either be guided by it's own markerlights or the markerlights of other units in the field, usually Pathfinders.
