Parr was a villager from Carvahall. He fought in the Battle of Carvahall and was one of the men murdered by the Ra'zac. He was tending to a wagon with Roran when the Ra'zac returned. The Ra'zac threw an explosive that destroyed the wagon and killed Parr. Parr's family chose to remain in Carvahall, despite the exodus led by Roran.
