an Entity in Data Space: dbkwik.org

The term flashforward is created by analogy with the more familiar "flashback". It may therefore be defined as a device in the narrative of a motion picture, novel, or other medium by which an event or scene taking place after the present time in the narrative is inserted into the chronological structure of the work.
