Immigration reform is used to have immigrants be accepted as citizens much faster. It is also used to crackdown on harsh treatment involving moving illegal citizens out of America, which is sometimes done by force and they are not even brought back to the right place. It is also used to prevent harassment of immigrants, which is common even towards legal immigrants, who many on the far right treat as badly as they treat illegals.
