K. Huy Luong (b. August 2, 3007) was the second Chairman of the Republic of Greater Tukarali. Currently he serves as the third President of Aikokusha, the founding party of the republic. Luong caused great controversy in 3034 when he was endorsed by the Great Dictator, Shuya Nakagawa, to become the leader of the "Second Generation" of Tukarese government. He was heavily criticized by the National Diet for his young age, as he was only 27 at the time. However, once the Great Dictator had endorsed Luong, most criticism ceased and his candidacy was secured for the chairmanship.
