Frazier Adamson was a Havenite citizen and an officer of the Republic of Haven Navy. Holding the rank of Commander, he served as Admiral Lester Tourville's staff operations officer for the Second Fleet during the Battle of Manticore. He was a competent tactician, an efficient organizer, and a loyal subordinate; Admiral Tourville liked him, but also considered him quite unimaginative. After the Manticoran victory in the Battle of Manticore, he was taken a prisoner of war with the rest of Admiral Tourville's surviving personnel. (HH11)
