Walt the Dog was a dog owned by Governor L. Phatt, who occasionally worked with Phatt's guard. He served as a watch dog in the Phatt Island jail and held the prison key. Guybrush Threepwood encountered him in LeChuck's Revenge when the intrepid hero had a bounty for arrest and was temporarily sent to jail.
