Neithhotep A, meaning 'Neith is Satisfied' is an Egyptian Queen from the First Dynasty. She is thought to be the wife of Narmer and the mother of Hor-Aha, however she could also have been his wife as an ivory lid with her name was found in the tomb of Djer. But Aha and Djer's tomb are close by meaning this piece could have strayed. It is thought she wasdecended from the Predynastic Rulers situaed at Naqada. Her Titles included 'Consort of the Two Ladies' and 'Foremost of Women'
