The ZTI Island is a small Karamjan Island used as a training grounds for the Zamorakian Technological Institute circa 180 (5th). It is an enchanted island first discovered by the Immortals. The inhabitants of the island are un-able to use magic (on the surface of the island) and there are freakish winds that either turn away or crash all nearby ships. After the Institute was destroyed, the island was abandoned by its two remaining occupants.
