__NOWYSIWYG__ Badanye is a tyre polisher who resides in Poqui. He is located near a small bridge and can usually be found sleeping. He's the Choro-Q who Norahike claims has an important book, Gapecotch Racing Records, for which Badanye wants 1000G. He gives the protagonist the book that the politician Shoebinde wanted. He can polish tyres anytime, although it does not affect anything.
