The Wasp Queen's Head is the very first trophy that you earn in Fable and Fable: The Lost Chapters. You get this trophy after you complete your first quest (during adulthood) where you are sent to exterminate some Wasps and their Queen, who are causing quite a bit of trouble in the Picnic Area.
