The Election Commission is a group of two to three people in The South Pacific who oversee and carry out all elections. They are appointed their positions and are to maintain unbiased and just in regards to their work. Having a term of six months, they typically oversee two cabinet elections as well as any challenges to the delegacy. Heading the Election Comission is the Chairperson, or the head. He or she is the main person in charge of the commission, and is typically a very trusted member of The South Pacific.
