Marcy Valkaz is a Vice Admiral of the Marines and their lead Medical Officer. He is currently one of the youngest, or youngest looking, Marine to hold the rank of Vice Admiral. He joined the Marines at a very young age and is one of, if not, the most accomplished medical Doctor at the Marine's disposal.
