Maude Hanson ran The Cherry Popper Ice Cream Factory in Vice City until Tommy Vercetti purchases the business. The Vice City Police Department have been investigating her and her business, and described her as 'sociopath'. She had run a children's home, but has since come to hate children, persistently asking Tommy whether he was once a child. She runs the factory as a front for distributing drugs, which continues under Tommy Vercetti.
