The Abandoned Base is a room in the Sky Temple Grounds in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. It is a fairly large room that features a long hallway leading up to several Bomb Slots, which can activate a transportation device that will carry Samus over to a Portal to Path of Eyes in the Temple Grounds.
