Dr. Feelbetter is a talkshow host. He helped Dr. Doofenshmirtz and Agent P reconcile their differences when Peter the Panda starts to foil Doofenshmirtz's plans. His audience for this episode was comprised completely of evil scientists and animal secret agents. It turns out that this episode, was merely an elaborate trap to capture all the secret agents to be used in a giant chess game.
