Geenie is a Fakegee who's a genie. He was created when a Weegee Clone ate a genie, thinking he was some form of candy (don't ask). He can grant wishes, however, if you approach him, you must say "baaa, tota luuk" and then Geenie will make 3 magic lamps scatter out and you have to find them and bring them back.
