TheCarlagas is a Mexican mapping fan, non-mapper wiki contributor (term coined by himself) and mapper. His goal is to keep the wiki organized, and while he does it, learn about the art of mapping. He is probably known due to his many cancelled mapping projects (with the name of HistoryMapper), due to the fact that he's always busy. He also wants to find the best way to do efficient mapping.
