If you're doing fine on gold, the simplest way to pass the level is to run over to the first launchpad and jump toward the left, on the nearest bounce block. Jump up to the terminal, then walljump up to the ledge that has the door on it. Jump over to the bounceblock, climb on top of it, then jump over to the exit.
