He is the late husband of Robyn Peltier. He (as a ghost) is seen quite often in Living with the Dead, as he follows Detective John Findley around, trying to clear Robyn's name. At the end of Living with the Dead Dect. Finn allows him to posses him to have a last goodbye with Robyn.
