The Mann Co. Strongbox Series #81 was added to the drop system in the January 10, 2014 Patch. The Mann Co. Strongbox Key that opens this crate was released in the February 7, 2014 Patch. Strongboxes are still dropping, but since February 24, 2014 they are set to drop much less frequently than standard crates.
