Vieegee, most know as "The Second," is a Precursor, enemy of Lord Deegee. He was as powerful as Lord Deegee. But later, Lord Deegee drained most of his power, due to Vieegee's work with the Forerunners. He now has most of his power back, but his aspect didn't change. His main enemy is The Void, and his rivalry lies with Giygas. Vieegee now has got all of his powers back, and he wants revenge on Lord Deegee for what he has done to him.
